How long does onboarding really take?
Most clients are picking and shipping live orders within 3–5 business days of their inventory arriving at our warehouse. The critical path is usually receiving — the faster your inbound arrives with a clean pack list, the faster you ship.
Do I need to ship my entire catalog at once?
No. Most brands start with their top 20–50 SKUs and layer the rest in over the first few weeks. We can run a hybrid setup where we ship some SKUs while your current 3PL or your own warehouse still handles others.
What integrations do you support?
Direct integrations with Shopify, Amazon (FBM, FBA, and WFS prep), Walmart Marketplace and WFS, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, eBay, BigCommerce, and Magento. Everything else plugs in through our Shipstation/Extensiv/custom API layer.
What happens during a promo or Q4 volume spike?
We plan capacity with you a minimum of 30 days out. Same-day shipping cutoff stays at 12PM PST through Q4 — we scale labor, not promises. Expedited receiving is available for last-minute inbound pushes.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Pricing is transparent and posted on our pricing page. If we’re not saving you money and headaches within 90 days, you can walk — no cancellation fee.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes. We encourage it. Most clients tour the facility before signing, and we keep a standing invitation after you’re live. We’re a short drive from LAX and Long Beach ports.
