Why we started DR PREPPER USA

We started DR PREPPER USA because we were tired of watching good ecommerce brands get burned by 3PLs that over-promised and under-delivered. Lost pallets. Surprise fees. Customer support that measured response times in days instead of hours.

As operators ourselves, we built the company we would've hired. Three warehouses close to the ports so inbound containers clear quickly. A real-time portal so you're never in the dark. Transparent pricing with no setup fees and no surprise invoices. A team that picks up the phone.

Today we ship for brands doing 100 orders a month and brands doing 100,000. The playbook stays the same: treat every SKU like our own and every order like our reputation depends on it, because it does.

Inventory Accuracy

We count what's on the shelf against what's in the portal. If we lose it, we pay for it at your cost basis, not ours.

Order Accuracy

Wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong address on our end? We cover the reship and the apology, with no chargeback to you.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders in by 12PM PST ship the same business day. If we miss it, the fulfillment fee on that order is on us.

Receiving SLA

Inbound shipments checked in within 48 hours of arrival. Faster check-in means faster selling and fewer FBA chargebacks.

Nearly a decade of

In 2015, our co-founders were on their third 3PL and at their wits’ end.

Their consumer goods ecommerce company was growing rapidly,
but fulfillment was a major problem.

Late deliveries to customers, lost inventory,
and package mix-ups were costing them dearly.

This was the moment DR PREPPER USA was born.

And since our very first client was our owners’ ecommerce company, we began building our operations to handle big, heavy, port-bound fulfillment from day 1.

Nearly 10 years later, we’ve made every mistake in the book and become a learning machine relentlessly focused on world-class fulfillment.
