Is there an account setup fee?
No standard setup fee. If you need custom software development, unusual packaging engineering, or a large one-time project, it will be scoped separately before approval.
Are postage and packaging included?
Postage, custom packaging, and consumable materials are separate from fulfillment labor because they vary by order. Your estimate will show the assumptions used.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Standard service is month-to-month with 30 days notice. Your final service agreement governs exact commercial terms.
Can you compare our current 3PL invoice?
Yes. A recent invoice, SKU profile, and order export help us produce the most accurate apples-to-apples cost analysis.
